Dr Johnny is a leading global expert on fermentation who grew up a stone’s throw from the world-famous Cadbury chocolate factory in Birmingham. Before founding WNWN with Ahrum, Johnny used the insights gained from his PhD in Materials Science from the University of Oxford to help the world’s best bars and restaurants pioneer sustainable solutions.
